17 days

Its been 17 days since my last entry. Pathetic. But, I think I've discovered the root of the problem to this lack of entries and initiative; I lack a goal.

This blog has no goal. This epiphany was solely due to me watching a movie called Julie and Julia. Its a pretty damn good movie.

I don't have the slightest idea for a goal of the grandeur kind. Instead, for a start it will be a weekly goal and every Sunday I will make some time to write it out. Of course other than Sunday I may pop in an entry or two during the week.

So this week's goal is:

Making a Caesar Salad!

I'll give a detailed account on how i prepped it and made it. There are many kinds of Caesar Salad's and frankly, I'm new to cooking. So I'll go with simplicity.
